The ICAIEHS-2025 is committed to maintaining high academic standards by ensuring all submitted papers undergo a rigorous review process. The review policy is designed to uphold the integrity, originality, and relevance of the research presented at the conference.

◐ Authors are required to submit original, unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere.
◐ All submitted papers undergo an initial screening by the conference’s editorial committee to ensure:

    ● Adherence to the submission guidelines.
    ● Absence of plagiarism (verified through plagiarism detection tools).
    ● Alignment with the conference’s themes and scope.

◐ The conference adopts a double-blind review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to ensure impartial evaluation.
◐ Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are subject matter experts.
◐ Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the following criteria:
    ● Relevance to the conference themes.
    ● Originality and contribution to the field.
    ● Technical quality and research methodology.
    ● Clarity of presentation and organization.

Based on reviewers’ feedback, authors may be requested to revise and resubmit their papers.
The revised papers will be re-evaluated by the same reviewers or the editorial committee to ensure that concerns have been addressed.
